Recently over from Australia. Paid Us$15. No calls and only a little data (social media scrolling and Google maps) and already expired. Partner on Metphone got me out of a tight spot and shared data. Was told I had 80gb and $20 of calls and will avoid buying from smartphone booth at the airport.

Some function is not working and what’s a joke

I had to turn notifications off for this app because Smart is constantly spamming me with unsolicited offers. I certainly didn’t opt in and I can’t see a way to opt out in the app.

When I open the app to check balance on my IPad I have to enter a confirmation code. There is no confirmation code so I can’t access it to check balance. Pretty useless on IPad

Before I could access smart NAS from Australia and check my balance and keep my sim from not expiring ... but now I get a warning page saying that there is a block saying “access denied” this website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks .... have you blocked IP addresses from Australia?

SMS code is not received, so cannot get it started. I visited the big Smart shop near RULE school, but cannot resolve and didn't seem helpful.

This app is so hopeless. I open it up and can’t do anything without it crashing. The first thing you have to do is select a language but it crashes straight away. Not even usable. I gave one star only because I couldn’t give a lower rating. Useless.

Ever since the latest update, it doesn't show my latest plan details and says "something went wrong" tried installing again and same issue. Also when selecting a plan and pressing "yes" the app crashes to home screen. Using a iPhone 5S - never has this issue before. Any other users with this issue?
