Smartphone Connect

When I tried to transfer my contacts from my iPhone to phone, it says I have to enable the access in privacy settings. When I go to privacy settings in the iPhone, the doesn’t even show there. How do I enable the access in there?.

App says it's connected but even when I'm away from home it says the same thing? How can I be connected to my home phone when I am not home? I'll check it out some more even though I had this phone app for about two months already...strong feeling. It's not working at all.

The reason I got the KX-PRW130 is the ability to make calls using my smartphone and it works! If the app is not launch, it will receive calls, therefore, I must leave the app launch at all time... Why not push notification? The graphic with this apps is so 1990, you can make it look more modern. Overall, is a great app!

App detects new messages and when landline is in use but fails to make any landline calls. Please either update app or update your support site with remedy. Using iPhone 5S.

Convenient way to make and answer landline calls.

My landline phone at home was getting kinda lonely, I barely used it. I now find myself using it more often since I purchased the Panasonic cordless phone and the corresponding iPad Smartphone Connect app. Good word Panasonic.

This app has some benefit in that you can answer and place landline calls from you iphone but it has several issues First it seems to go quiet in the background. If you take your iPhone out of the house, reconnection is not totally reliable on returning to you wifi. Second the ring tones you can set in settings on the app just don't work. You select a song you want to act as the ring tone but it never rings with that tone on incoming landline calls. Lastly the sound quality is a lot worse. There is frequently a lag and the quality of the sound is much worse than when compared with the landline phone. In summary it is a good start but not there yet.

Comprei super caro pela funcionalidade do Smarthphone, ramais direto no celular, porém não chama no celular, aos menos corretamente. É preciso ouvir a base chamar e abrir o app para então receber a chamada no celular.

Hi Panasonic, contact me if you need screenshots. Go to Intercom at the handset, you’ll see the list of mobiles registered via APP that one can Intercom with. My handset got stuck with item 7, my iPhone 11, called iPhone. I removed the App and installed again, however the handset still displays 7-iPhone. I registered the handset again, and re-installed the APP in my iPhone, with no luck. Should there be a way to remove the entries in Intercom in the handset? Currently after de-installing the APP, I changed my mobile phone name to Edu. Now I appear as entry #. That is, intercom entries are now 7-iPhone, 8-Raphael, 9-Gabriel, and #-Edu. Please have it fixed.
