There is so much potential but the app falls short. I hope the developers add more features.

I had high hopes for this product, but am currently disappointed. For two main reasons. 1. I have intermittent connectivity to my heart rate monitors - Polar H10 and an Apple Watch Series 4. I emailed the vendor to ask for help and have been ignored. Not impressed. 2. The promotional material says there is a sharing capability on the summary screen. There isn’t. I would email asking for help, but see no point after being ignored the first time. This app needs some kind of export capability so that your progress can be reviewed in a stronger way than the app provides. I had hoped sharing would allow that, but the entire capability does not even exist. The promotional material needs to be fixed so that no other possible customers are mislead. The hardware is impressive, but the software and support let it down.

Does this function with a piece of hardware that needs to be connected to the waterrower? There's no information on this.

Leider ist es aktuell in der Smart Row App nicht möglich Distanz basierte Intervall Workouts zu erstellen und zu speichern! In der waterrower App ist dies bereits möglich! Sollte man doch auch hier hinbekommen…

Leider geht die Verbindung zum Garmin Brustgurt teilweise verloren ich würde mir wünschen das hier automatisch neu verbunden wird ohne das ich erst manuell in die Einstellungen gehen muss.

For years they have been promising to improve the app for distance-based intervals with the same phrases all the time. Don't get me wrong: the app is great, but if you want to train seriously and stick with the Waterrower (which is a great device and designer piece), there are limits. Serious interval training is not possible. Here you would have to switch to the Concept C2, unfortunately. It is also a shame that there is no connection to Garmin Connect to fuse and summarise all the data there. So overall, the app has significant upside potential.

Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert die Verbindung zur Watch nicht mehr. Der Puls wird erst nach längerer Zeit angezeigt und friert auch oft ein. Sonst ok.

Great app with a few major flaws Why can I not define heart zone and why is the connection to Apple Watch as heart rate sensor so unreliable makes it impossible to make zone trainings. Recently this has gotten worse for me.

Leider wird die korrekte Pulsanzeige der Apple Watch in der App nicht immer korrekt auf dem iPhone angezeigt. Teilweise wird der Wert nur einige Minuten in der App angezeigt und friert dann ein, oder aktualisiert sich nur in unregelmäßigen Abständen. Das muss auf jeden Fall besser werden, denn im Zeitalter von Pulsuhren möchte man sich keinen Pulsgurt mehr anziehen. Ich würde mir neben dem Fortschrittsring noch einen weiteren Ring wünschen, der das Ende des kompletten Workouts zeigt. Nur die aktuell (Jan. 2024) herunterzählende Uhr finde ich zu wenig. Ansonsten finde ich die App gut.
