Constantly fails to launch, crashes, endless loading, logs out, freezes, can’t login because the captcha doesn’t clear etc etc.

So often I find out how much I need to spend on something be it at IKEA or Argos to Tesco and when I go to top up the voucher I submit my card details (again), redo the OTP (again) and then after passing all of that get stuck on a white screen of death

I need to use this app soon for a voucher that will be given to us by our company and yet no matter what i try, my account remains locked with no way of unlocking

Have not been able to use this in full for weeks - doesn’t recognise when payments are approved in banking apps, or fails and gives an error at the last minute, or constantly stuck in processing colour circle so you have to give up. Used to be great for saving money easily.

I can never seem to log in to this App. It just gives me a loading wheel for, well forever! Worst App I’ve ever used.

Keep getting duplicate notifications for offers on Lock Screen (iOS 18)

This app is a good one and easy to use

Struggling to load app on new iOS, can’t find anywhere to report this so have resorted to writing a review instead - hoping someone can come back to me. App worked fine on 17.6.1, but got a spinning wheel as of iOS18 update.. Can anyone advise please? I love this app and want to continue using it!

Loaded £100 to spend at Sainsburys for £95, less than an hour later app throws a wobbler. Seems it can take money off me, but doesn’t like giving it back. I didn’t even close the app. I’ll have my money back thanks, stuff this app. Company seems desperately I need of competent developers. Note to developer add voucher to apple wallet so when your app does one you don’t leave you customer hanging. Will not be using again once I get my money back, just not worth the hassle.

This app is used by so many people and business and it’s unacceptable how unstable it is.
