Почему-то стоит немецкий не могу сменить на Русский/английский а в целом хорошее приложение

Contrairement à ce qui est affiché sur prestashop l’application n’est pas gratuite. Après installation et paramettrage. Vous constaterez que c’est un essai gratuit de 15 jours. Il est normal de payer pour une application/module, Mais vous devez respecter une règle de transparence par rapport à vos concurrents. Et afficher les modalités. Dommage. Je vais désinstaller…

J’étais ravi de cette appli mais depuis les dernières mises à jour il y a beaucoup de problèmes dont des messages qui ne sont pas signalés. On ne reçoit pas non plus de mails indiquant ces messages manqués... du coup j’ai raté des contacts qualifiés ce qui m’ennuie beaucoup..

Since last update the app don’t work anymore..

Why are you people like this? You can offer free subscriptions so we can block bot user from the website without paying? Tawk.to offer free service. Work on that dude.

after installing to try this on our site we decided it was not what we are looking for, just like any other app on shopify we installed it. Than we noticed it would not come off our site. We looked for any code and NON what so ever. We contacted the developer and it has been over 2 weeks now stuck with an app that doesn’t work and they refused to help no matter how many times we asked. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I’ve been subscribed for some time but after canceling my last subscription I couldn’t text anyone anymore because smartsupp wouldn’t let me view that section anymore if I don’t pay for the app…,, it’s weird

The app notification system is inconsistent as notifications sometimes don’t go through. On the other hand all features of the app is restricted to paid version only which makes the non paid version useless and the cost of service (premium) is on the high side. Please fix the app or restore back to previous versions as the new versions are disheartening.
