Poor customer service
We use smartwaiver console to check racers in for a bi monthly ski race. We use iPads as they are durable and portable. Smartwaiver rolled out an update a month ago and our iPads can’t connect to console for the past 2 races. Smartwaiver website states they are compatible with IOS 10.3 or greater and all of our iPads meet this criteria. No phone support, only email and there are no promises on when this issue will be fixed. We have 2 more races coming up this month. Currently looking at other apps that will meet our needs
