I played this in Pre-k and I loved it

It was great until the crashing began

My daughter really enjoyed the app, but all the sudden it just crashes everything,e we go into her workbook area. I uninstalled and tried it again same issue. No clue how to fix it when there is no error report to troubleshoot with.

Having so many issues!

App had sound now it has no sound other apps have sound so it’s not the device. We never see the activity board. We never see anything in the white and red boxes at the top they are always blank. Never shows any progress. Never shows the level we are on. The sound was working fine for a week and now when we log on it has no sound at all.! The only page we ever see is the students name.

No sound

Graphics are archaic and there is no sound. Fix the sound and I'll update my review Update: it was working again but the last week the sound hasn't been working. Super frustrating especially right now with kids at home and not in school.
