I like the app but team has to invest more in bringing more functionality and adopting modern design decisions. App feels outdated by modern standards. Also, please, drop the alert shown when user being inactive for some time. Just show a login screen right away, like every other banking app.

使いやすくなっていると思います。 追加して欲しい機能は、外貨預金の総額を円だけでなく外貨での表示もできるようにして欲しいです。 仕組み預金で利率だけでなく、税引き前で利息がいくらになるのかわかるようにして欲しいです。

The maximum withdrawal amount of Global Pass is still 100k yen at one time and it is too stupid to not change the foreign currency deposit reserve amount via online. They should at least make it possible to do that online since you are charging a lot of fees.

・振込の仕方が前時代 系列の三井住友銀行はワンタイムパスワードをアプリで生成できるのに口座維持手数料月2200円かかるプレスティアでは物理トークンがないと出来ない。三井住友銀行のシステムを参考にしてください。 というか少額かつ国内であればSMS認証とかで十分なんじゃないですかね····· ・トークンの手に入れ方 口座開設と共に送ってくれれば何度も書留を受け取る手間がないのに、せめてグローパスのアクティベート同様開設と同様にメールくれればいいのに、振り込もうとするとトークン注文の画面にいくという不親切仕様 土日休日は発送しないし。国内の振込ですらトークンいるならもっとトークンについて早く手に入れられるようにして欲しい、店舗も少ないわけだし ・トークンは海外で使えない 正確には動作保証しない。住所変更も振込先登録も書面でとのこと。国際郵便であるため、ほとんどこの口座はATMでお金を引き出す、デビットカードとして使ってといっているようなものでは？海外での動作を保証しないのであればなおさらパスワード生成程度アプリを作らないと使えないのではないか。しかもそれは三井住友銀行を参考にすれば良いだけのこと あと問合せ窓口が24時間ってことになってるんですけど、夜間は30分待ちとかです

Disabling the copy & paste function in the login text field does not increase password security. It just lowering the usability. The decrease in usability drives users to setup short and simple password that is easy to input but also easy to be broken. I hope that consider not to disable this feature in the future releases.

Hey team, Thank you for the app, it’s really nice. I would also suggest adding button to temporary lift visa security measures (to avoid each time calling the bank). And for the unregistered payee use a one-time password sent over your phone number (the one uses used while registering) rather than having that additional procedure with tokens. Thanks!
