App has errors

The app worked fine to begin with but now has an error when choosing browse Munro’s, even worse it has dumped all my completed Munro’s!

potentially great, but too buggy/ out of date

I used to enjoy using this app to correlate with guidebooks or for a quick check on the hill for a reference - however it's been inconsistent with updates and had lots of bugs (I currently cannot access the SMC maps or checklist) making this very frustrating. Didn't mind paying full price as it's going to the SMC but it would be great if this app worked

Sound doesn’t work on pronunciation

Main reason I wanted this was to have a map view that I could have whole of Scotland and zoom into Munros and find out how to say them. Sound doesn’t work at all - why have a sound button!? And can’t zoom out to get full map. It is just sections of OS, so no overview which feels claustrophobic and reverting to using Google! Rubbish after paying £13!!!!!!

Keeps crashing!

Bought this having as already have the SMC Munro’s book which is excellent but this app keeps crashing whenever I try to view my completed list - I’d only added three Munro’s as done and haven’t done any more as no point if you can’t see the done list. Very frustrating this needs to be fixed please.

Sound File and Route Options

Bought the App after purchasing the excellent book. Noted the comment about the zoom function and great this is being developed. Would also be great if the walking route could be exported to maps (OS or Google) same as you can do with the driving directions. Is that something you are looking at for future releases?

I really want to like this, but I can’t

Some great elements in this app but the design is very clunky, links are missing from one page to the other. No easy way to check off mountains - ten minutes of navigating through different options and still can’t tick off mountains achieved, this is tortuous to find? Wanted the SMC book on my mobile, and until the elements are linked better, it’s a bit frustrating to use. I will stick with taking photographs of the book before heading to the hills. I hope the money spent on the app leads to more development because it has amazing potential.

My Munro App keeps crashing how do I fix it ?

Disappointed it Keeps crashing

Seemed a nice app but keeps crashing. I’ve read reviews on other apps that talk about crashing but this is the first time I’ve experienced it. I have the book so will stick with that.

Almost perfect

Good: layout easy to navigate, groups make planning easy, all the info needed to plan a hike (inc parking!) What would make it better? Fix the few broken info links Add zoom in/out for maps

Good app, but needs work

I like this app, it has potential. Search is very strict, for example I searched “Dearg” and got no results until I searched for “Beinn Dearg”. The map view does not function correctly, selecting a Munro and hitting the Info icon does nothing. This pretty much renders the map view useless for finding a Munro’s and drilling down into the details. I’d also like to zoom out further on the map. I tried the app on two iPhones and got the same results. Once these bugs are fixed I’d be more than happy speed money on in app purchases.
