clunkiest way to do everything
i like the mission of this app, but I feel like it prioritizes enterprise-grade security on a rowboat budget for everything else. for instance, in message, when you get a pic, it is tiny in the chat so you click to enlarge… and then it’s a *bit* bigger. If you pinch to zoom, you can’t move around, you have to zoom out and try a different zoom… lol. Then you hit what looks like a download button but it makes the pic full-screen… why is that another click?? NOW you can zoom and pan finally. And when done you must now exit twice (one of which requires a really precise click on an X at the very top right) Getting tons of pics from my family member’s day shouldn’t be a slog… the interface should just be quick and easy to navigate or save batches of pics. I lose a lot of the joy and momentum going through pics because it’s so counter-intuitive, really the worst interface of any messaging or picture app.
