sMiles: Bitcoin Rewards

Haven’t received my rewards it’s been over 90 days I sent them a message via instagram and they haven’t responded

I’m super excited to be able to use this, but I cannot change the”label” when trying to verify my phone number. I tried leaving feedback in the app, but there wasn’t a way/couldn’t find a way to.

It says to add a phone number to my account but every time I do the app crashes. It lets me put my phone number but it won’t let me choose a label for it. After you click it twice the app will crash and it just repeats the same thing if you try again. How am I supposed to add my number?

No longer getting rewarded the 2.5% cash back for shopping through the sMiles app and their is literally zero support available. Steps and points missing, also. Update: boost is active again. Thanks.

What lightening wallet do I use for the app? But I love the app

For the past 8 or so months the app has been broken. It logged me out and now I can’t login to my account on my phone to track my steps and receive SATS. I loved this app when it worked but now it’s pretty terrible

This app is literally becoming worthless, none of the games work with iPhone, the SATs for walking take weeks to credit and then you need thousands before you can withdrawal them and then only if you have a lightning wallet meaning your barred from using your Bitcoin depending on which state you live in such as New York. I don’t understand why I can’t just use my cash app Bitcoin wallet…. Likely won’t be keeping app as its more of a headache and I literally haven’t earned a spendable penny in the year and a half I’ve had it Updated 12-13-2024 Not much has changed for the better, the app basically refuses to credit my steps even thought I open it an hour before midnight every day to make sure it credits, the ads for the wheel spin refuse to play so I still only get to spin once a day for no rewards… and now you need a minimum to even withdrawal which will take over a year even if it credited my daily steps

As one of this apps very first users, and one of the last ones to flee, from when they first launched, I will admit this app is not worth it. Once a month it calculates my steps and gives me only 1 sat. Then you always have pending sats and they require 5,000 sats to withdraw to a BTC lightning wallet. The only time you do get sats is from Surveys, the spins, the castle shake, ajd after 30-90 days from the shopping (cashback). If you are looking to get paid for walking, this app is not worth the download. I will be deleting my sMiles account and deleting the app off of my phone.

Over 5000 sats and can’t withdrawl, any advice? Other than that I enjoy the app

Not sure what is happening but the app stopped accurately tracking my steps a few weeks ago, and for the last week it hasn’t tracked my steps at all. I walk between 7,000 to 15,000 steps a day. I’ve reached out to support and have yet to get a reply.
