Unable to login. Have 3 cameras sleeping in my shelf more than a month. App development team kindly fix this issue.

I have buyed smitch camera but when am trying to login in is not getting connect I have try with lot off mobiles it’s not getting connected it’s a worst experience..

I brought this camera in 2022 it was soo much easy to connect worked like a charm. The worst is from last 1 month I was not able to connect with app because there server is not working anymore and I have tried to contact them there is no phone or contact no. Then I tried tere support mail id a week before I have emailed my problem given my contact details there is no response. Waste of money worst brand do not buy their any other products too.

Camera stopped working as the app is not supported any more. No updates since few years. No response from the customer care. Waste of money.

Irritating app. Tried to log In via email but keeps buffering. It’s been a months.

Not able to login since long and app/web same error

It’s been 6 months I am trying to login and trying to register a device but the app doesn’t work at all. Please don’t but this product without software hardware is useless.

Came service stopped since more than a year

The company sold a lot of products, made enough money and then disappeared. The server is gone and all the IOT devices and Cameras we purchased from the Company are now paper weights! Do note the names of promoters of IOT monks and make sure not to purchase anything from any company they are involved with.

I bought this in 2019.. it was pretty good for many years .. but now suddenly it has started showing problems.. not getting connected to WiFi .. not working basically.. how can I fix this ??
