Yesterday I try using to plan my travel but not able to it says error in retrieving

Strong 4 g mobile but keeps giving error on connect 3

Good morning. Each time I launch the apps, it will remind you to make sure there’s connections. Yet whether I use mobile data or in-house wifi, it will display error. This has been a while. Please seriously look into it. Thank you

This would have been ideally the only app a person but still lacks behind because it does not provide information on NE lines which are probably the least problematic lines in SG. SMRT should really be updating this information it’s really helpful.

App doesn’t take care of the basics. It always displays bad connection or no data. Please do your homework B.

Feedback form on the smrt website broken and their website led me to this app which doesn’t even have a feedback channel. What did I expect from smrt.

Been using the app for a while, and found the journey planner very useful. However, recently, this error message has been popping up when using this function in the app. Never read the reviews on this app before, and when I did recently because of this issue, was surprised to learn that this has been an issue for many years. Didn’t expect such long-term issue to not be tackled from an esteemed transport company. Please rectify this, as I also read that apart from this issue, many stated similar views to mine i.e. the app can be useful.

Yesterday when i just downloaded. App showed Mrt arrival times. Today it doesn’t shiw!

Is never accurate when you need it to be. So many times i have missed the buses when it clearly shows theres 7 more minutes for it to arrive. Mind you, it only takes me a minute or so to go down to the bus stop from my house

TERRIBLE App!!!! Very frustrating trying to use it!!!! Why does it kept giving “error in retrieving journey route. Pls ensure you have stable data connection and try again. “ when my data connection is good and regardless where I’m. Even when at home with wifi connection and still same error.
