Snabb parking areas are generally cheaper than others. More importantly, the client service is excellent!

Just pay with bank card/wireless at the station, saves 20 cents.

Jave been a user for more than 5 years. A week ago first time encountered a problem, made a claim and one week later zero contact. Absolute zero level of cuatomer support.

Overall, the application’s performance is fine—it runs smoothly and fulfills its primary functions without issues. However, the general service leaves room for improvement. For instance, I recently forgot to pay a parking fine, and instead of notifying me through the app, the company sent SMS reminders 2 times in the early morning hours (5:00 AM). This was not only inconvenient but also disruptive. A more user-friendly approach would be to provide notifications through the app itself, rather than relying on text messages. Additionally, I was fined €20 by another company for a delay of just 1.5 months as mentioned “contacting the owner fee”. This feels excessive and unfair, especially considering the circumstances. It would be better if the app or service had clearer, more transparent policies regarding fines and offered more leniency for delays.

Worst experience I had, payed highest monthly price and I can leave my car only inside parking, not outside at the same address. Enjoy 30 euro ticked and -1 regular costumer

Parked my car in a designated spot, but the app claimed that there is no free parking space in the parking lot and did not allow to start the parking. Absolutley miserable UX, escpecially when you are in a hurry.
