Snag List Pro - Audit & Report

Since yesterday when I am trying to generate the report in pdf format and the result is missing many observations and report format is scattered and mixed up.

It’s broken.... still can’t create new lists even after update.

Its crashing when try to add multiple issue.

Just bought the Pro version and so far I’ve not found any difference to the version that I’ve been using for years. Waste of £40 so far…

Hi developers is it possible to optimise the app to be usable? I have got an iPhone 12pro with the very latest update and the same for the app. The image quality is set to lowest settings and still the app is crashing, making it unusable. I wrote few weeks ago on the site, but no one replied to my queries.

Being using the app for a while, but now is crashing randomly. More so when scrolling through previous issues or changing something after a multi edits, sometimes I need to scroll to the bottom of the issues page and then edit backwards (strange I know, but this annoying method worked) please fix this issue.

Thank you so much for listening to my previous comments. Please can you improve the picture quality (image is poor in the highest PDF format) and time stamp overlay (some numbers overlap the image and cannot see) Kind Regards

App stopped working, reinstalled, did all the steps, nothing helped. Latest firmware on the phone.

The apps great (normally), but will cancel subscription if the bug fixes cannot be fixed? Is there any communication by developer reading this?
