Snap Send Solve

A while back we had irrigation installed. Shortly after that the Toby started to leak, unfortunately this fix altered our water flow and the irrigation no longer worked as it did before hand. Im hopeful we can get the Toby changed to have a less restrictive tap. This snap, send, solve app is a great tool allowing something to be easily reported that otherwise might be left for ever. The fix hasn't happened yet, fingers crossed.

No looking for phone numbers or contact details for the right council department, this app makes it easier to reach the right person.

Easy app to use Issues often quickly responded to

The App is fantastic however it would be ideal to receive feedback from provider to know our efforts are being actioned, whatsmore is encouraging to further use this facility. Concept is very good however providers need to do their bit by communicating with the initiator.

Reported the issue with photos on Monday. Young man appeared on Tuesday afternoon. Reset the collar level with lawn. Filled in the space and covered it with grass seed Great service

This works very well with the council solving in just one day after sending in. Very timely and great to be able to have a say

Found a few councils refuse to acknowledge the referral so it sits in limbo…. Obviously too much work for them and makes them accountable to ratepayers😉😏😉

I filed multiple reports to ccc and none of them were acted upon. There is a feature to “nudge” the solver but even after that still nothing happens. Then there is a question “is the issue resolved?”. I selected No, then the issue was closed. What a complete waste of time. Don’t bother using this app.
