This app needs to be completely overhauled. It constantly struggles to keep up. I have to delete the app and reinstall every other day (I use the app everyday). This app is not IOS friendly. This version on android works far far better. Also, inventory is often duplicated after using the app. I’m at the mercy of the developer. I’m not switching my phone because the developer can’t get it right. Cox, fix the app.

This might be the most unenjoyable app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Whether it be the terrible upload process, the fact that you can’t reorder more than one photo at a time, or the overall clunkiness of the UI. If you aren’t required to use this app—Don’t. Stay far away.

My work thinks this app works but they don’t actually use it and I am the one who has to. This app basically makes you do double work. The app doesn’t always upload all the pictures you took. I am connected to wifi and do all their recommendations. Really sick of this app. When I try to take a picture most of the time it takes about 10-15 seconds for the picture to even snap so I am just standing still waiting for the picture to take. I don’t see how this is easier and faster than using a digital camera and just uploading the old fashioned way.

Left my dealer job for two years. Came back to find this app had somehow gotten easily 10x worse, have no idea what these guys are doing and after dealing with them directly for years I can assure you they don’t care either. Back then it was sync issues, now it’s freezing every two seconds. Better off shooting in camera roll and uploading manually. Horrific experience trying to get work done.

Constantly freezes! It will work awesome for 1 or 2 weeks and then stall on uploads or the app will completely freeze!

I used to use a physical camera and upload them to the computer via memory card, so the process would be more convenient. When I take pictures at my dealerships though it CONSTANTLY freezes, closes out and crashes, and sometimes takes me 10 seconds of just standing still so it will process to take each picture. So really it isn’t more convenient if the app doesn’t work. Please fix this and make my work life easier. I’m about done with this job because of it. We have had constant problems with this app.

This app is absolutely useless. It takes forever to upload photos and even longer for 360 interior & exterior photos. That is if it can even upload the inventory properly. Condolences for anyone who had to use this app

I have been using this App for my Dealership for a while now like 6 months and the previous guy that was doing my job did it for a while longer using this app to upload photos and post them to the website. But when I go back in to end it the photos I notice that the photos are completely jumbled up, even though there uploaded in order which makes no sense to me. As well as editing and adding Hotspots in the 360 views are very impossible. After finishing an unit and all the hotspots are in the correct place, you come back the next day to check on them and there are duplicates of the the exact same hotspots that you made and there scattered all over the place. Very confusing. You have to work the system in a specific way to be able to work it properly.

Focusing issues with IPhone 15pro… Will not scan bar codes. Previous IPhone 11 worked flawlessly. Please update!!
