Can’t use the app. Can’t send a request because it’s impossible to hide the keyboard which covers the submit the request button.

Faced a bug recently - messages are not shown in the app, though I can see them on PC.

Excellent option for using a car short term. Generally kind and accommodating owners and plenty of options to choose from. Might even be better than owning a car if you don’t drive daily.

Misleading verification costs. Why not just be honest and charge users to download the app instead of surprising them with hidden charges?

The app itself is easy to use, however, over 4 weeks wait to return my €250 deposit is absolutely ridiculous in an age where instant payments are a thing. If you didn’t pay the extra to reduce the deposit you could be waiting over 4 weeks for €750 to be returned! A sum of money I’m sure most people don’t want to wait more than a month for. Just a word of warning for future users.

The app is cumbersome 1/2 web, 1/2 app, check-in process does not work properly, checkout impossible. Unable to do basic things like changing booking time. Overcharging unless you choose correct 24hrs and did not get 10discount after the 5 euro to check the bank account!!! The overall first experience was insanely bad!!

De app wordt steeds beter, het is wel jammer dat ik op mijn iPhone de receptie wel schrijven, maar niet zien kan. Je kan het tekstvlak ook niet selecteren, dus in een browser maar recensie schrijven. Daarnaast is het aantal tekens wel erg klein geworden, veel ruimte voor iets persoonlijks is er niet meer. Das jammer want het gaat ook als het keyless is om het contact…
