I had so many recipes on SnapRecipes. I loved it. When I upgraded my phone and tried to use the app again it stopped working. Can’t get past the home screen. I reached out for help a number of times but no response. I’ve now lost all my favourite recipes.

But for the first time ever it won’t load. I’m worried I’ll lose all my recipes. I think Ive lost most of my recipes Do I need a different recipe storage app. Search function is very outdated.

I also loved the App but I chose to save my recipes to the cloud & the App on my updated iPhone operating system does not dowload the recipes from the cloud into the App. The app only saves recipes to the phone. If you lose your phone or it breaks you will never be able to get your recipes again What annoys me is the App provider is still selling this App in the App Store. I have tried to call, email them & contact them through the App support with no luck. I don’t recommend this App anymore

This Ap when it is working is terrific, but I have experienced several crashes. This time it says it is loading and will not load. Strangely, it loads on my IPhone! I have sent messages to Wonderland and no response. I am truly unimpressed and would be very wary recommending using this Ap. If you do, keep a paper copy! 2024 this app Will Not Open, no response from Wonderland. DO NOT LOAD this app. recipes lost.

I have had this app for a few years When it works great However now that I have all of my recipes on there some irretrievable it totally refuses to open I have contacted Wonderland with absolutely no response whatsoever Disappointing to say the very least

Really loved it but it left with all my recipes! Can’t find any way to solve the problem.

I have also been using this app for years - all my favourites are saved on there. Then a few weeks ago, it was working one day and not the next! Both my ipad and iPhone stopped. I’ve emailed Wonderland but no response. Be warned, if your app is still working - it may stop without warning so start saving your favs somewhere else.

Successfully used this app for years but now won’t open since my latest software update. Devastated. Can someone assist please?

It seems as though the developers have given up on this app, which is really unfortunate for anyone who has purchased it in the past. It’s not compatible with current iOS and I’ve lost all of my recipes. Hundreds. Devastated. Family recipes in there, too. I have no way of getting them and I’m livid.

Was a great app and used it loads but now it has stopped working and won’t open. V disappointing as quite a few recipes were stored that were my own and fine tuned over the years 😫
