Bought a subscription and there’s no option and no way to login on the mobile app. No customer support either. So I just can’t use this

I tried the subscription pro for a few months, but cancelled. You can get similar charts for free. The app also lists ranges in text not range charts, which would be much easier and quicker to read.

The app was great used it for a few monthes and I had not problems with it But then one day my premium membership was revoked and I can’t use my premium membership even though I have been paying for it

I paid to use this and just when I need it, the app locks up and won’t restore functionality. What a rip off.

I’ve had this app for years on my old phone. I bought it for like $6 originally. It was great. You could see all of the shove and call charts free, change BBs, antes, positions, etc. When I got my new phone, I redownloaded it and lost all of that. The basic version now is entirely useless. You can find any of this info easily on charts online for FREE. Highly advise not spending money on this app. And for what it’s worth, all of this data is outdated and not the most +EV plays.

“Went pro” by buying the premium version of this app last year for $15. After an app update, my purchase disappeared. I didn’t get a refund, I just got my premium revoked randomly. Tried to contact the app owner through their website, but their “contact us” section is broken and does not work. I want my premium restored!

Dear Max, Please update this app. It's great and all but needs a couple things in my opinion. 1) in training mode, have a "back" button to view the hand you just answered. 2) in training mode, show a short excerpt or explanation as to why A8s or something is correct and A7s isn't in a certain position. 3) in training mode, after you answer the question and it shows the hands/answer, would be nice to see the current hand while viewing which hands are correct.

At first blush, it seems like something pretentious young guns talk about amongst themselves to convince themselves they're "professionals" working on their game. I did the "training" module. Got 9 out of 10 right on the first try, and I have no idea what math model the app is using to determine when you shove or fold. A detailed explanation of the model being used, and the rationale for using it, would seem to be essential to the "training" being offered. Perhaps the real "edge" you gain with this app is, when you are presented with upgrading to the pro version for $15.00, you should snapfold. Your bankroll will be $15.00 better for it.
