Been waiting for my item to be shipped for the longest, now I know to shop somewhere else. Horrible communication

Purchased 4 shirts 19 days ago. They created a shipping label 5 days but they still haven’t shipped them yet. I know know covid screwed everything up but it’s not like it’s going international.

It’s a good concept in theory! It’s the perfect thing to help you find apparel that specially matches the shade of your kicks, but the app has a couple major bugs it needs to address. The search engine doesn’t allow you to find related items based on the term you type. I kept getting a “no matches found” error. Additionally, the filter options are very limited. I found it really inconvenient to have to scroll through ALL the products just to find the items I was looking for. I could’ve made a rather large purchase but navigating the app was really tedious so I ultimately decided not to purchase anything.

Still won’t let me check out with Apple Pay

They kept lying to me about the progress of my order, to ultimately let me now they cannot even fulfill it after months.Lost my business for life.
