SNOO

The app loses connection constantly despite multiple reboots. Wifi signal is excellent but the app intermittently disconnects which is a huge issue given that without the app, you lose almost all the functions for this expensive product.

Neat app but it shows me I have no internet connection all the time even though my wifi is stable. Also, please change the placement of the messaging, as the banner blocks the whole info bar on the bottom and greys out / deactivates the settings which shouldn’t be affected by the wifi connection. A hint on some potential troubleshooting for this would be great, too.

Love the actual snoo but the app is brutal! Constantly freezing, getting stuck on lock mode when I want to unlock it. Taking forever to connect to the snoo when there’s absolutely nothing wrong with our wifi. I can’t believe for the price you pay for the snoo that the app would have so many issues. I will add that nothing has improved with the app from 3 years ago when I first used the snoo with my first baby. Overall very disappointing.

The app says that it’s not connected to internet when it clearly is. I’ve restarted, redownloaded and no change. Now I cannot connect the basinet to my phone. For something so expensive this is brutal.

While the physical snoo is great, the app definitely needs work. I have had it for 2 months and within those two months i get the message “cannot connect to snoo”. Then I can’t control the bassinet from my phone. I have had to delete and reinstall the app many times. For something you pay so much money more… definitely not impressed with all its features

This app is fantastic. All the customizing, the log, its amazing. This only little thing is that when I locked to a level and like, after 1 hour I want to unlock it because my baby is calm and sleeping well, the app detects the unlock move like if my baby cried. So it become red in her stretch sleep for no reason. It messes the actual time that she slept trought her night/nap. It will say that her longest sleep is for instance, 8 hours, but it was 10 hours. Other than that, I would loveeeee the white noise option between sleep (beta fonction) to be illimited also. I could use it all night when my baby willl transition to her crib! For now, its a 3 hours limit.

This app is just awful. It doesn’t work properly and constantly freezes at the moments you need it the most (when baby is about to wake or crying). I can’t believe such high quality product at $1500 price tag doesn’t offer high quality app to control the bassinet. If the company doesn’t want to spend any money to upgrade the app and make it more user friendly, they should at least to consider including remote control or an option to control the bassinet manually. This app is an absolute garbage

Why do I have to hold the pause button to lock a movement setting? Whyyyyyy I’m just trying to stop my baby from waking up and lock it on a setting and then it doesn’t work (it doesn’t lock 98% of the time) and then it actually pauses the machine (duh... it’s the pause button) and then the baby wakes up 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also freezes frequently. But that pause/lock button is really what gets me.

App keep ask for WiFi connection when the connection is 5/5.

Freezes regularly. Sometimes takes a while to connect. My baby could be fussing and I can’t turn up the setting because the app crashes. Could use an update seems a little dated. You would think for such a smart bassinet the app would be a little better than this. Should be able to use on more than one device. If I’m not home it sucks that only one parent can manage the SNOO. Don’t get many tips in the “stickies” tab. I haven’t gotten any in 3 months so I don’t know why it’s even there.
