Has Helped A Lot!
I used to spend roughly 5-6 hours on my phone a day. Now I’m anywhere from 30 minutes - 1.5 hours. I, like a lot of people, use my phone when I’m bored or as a stim for my ADHD. I’ve really reclaimed my phone as a tool instead of an addiction. The team is also responsive, polite, and all around amazing! They really care about their product and helping people. I LOVE THIS APP!
