App on iphone crashes when you login Very very bad

The app is a reflection of their website, they both suck! I couldn’t create an account on the website until i had tried exactly 4 times (i was running out of emails to use because each time you need to use a different email address!). Same thing with the app, i need to create a new account apparently? although i signed in with, wait what was that? An account! Now there’s what seems to be an additional ‘in app’ account and i can’t create that either. I kept getting ‘invalid parameters’. I have to guess what i’m doing wrong, they couldn’t bother to include an explanation. Who is doing their website and app for them?? This is ridiculous.
