This Soft Challenge App is Extraordinary!
This app does the basic tracking for the Soft Challenge like tracking diet, 45 minute exercise, reading 10 pages a day, and drinking 3 liters of water per day. However you can also adapt it to meet your personal needs. The magic is in the edit task feature! I modified tasks like exercise 45-90 minutes because I mostly exercise 90 minutes. Moreover, I added a daily 20- 45 minute facial exercises session. Now, my husband treats me like his new girlfriend. LoI! I added gardening everyday. Consequently, my garden is beautiful now. Additionally I must complete at least 2 major chores. So I am able to stay on top of my deep cleaning. I have many books that I am finally reading. As a result of using this app, I practice mindfulness activities and I have stopped losing my phone by focusing on the here and now and training myself to keep it in designated areas. Lastly, I added a complete and/or monitor paperwork. I now catch computer and paperwork issues that could have been overlooked. When my 75 days are up, I plan on continuing to the next 75 days.I other habits I am looking forward to developing.I love the new vibrant me!
