Such a great service! Handled professionally and swiftly. Issues or queries were dealt with in a timely manner. I can’t fault this service and will be using SOJO in the future for repairs and alterations to my wardrobe. The alterations made are to a really high standard and it means I can now wear the trousers! Fabulous! Thank you.

Really great idea done well. I’ve used this app for a few items and it’s been a really straightforward process each time, and so worth it when I get the tailored items - makes me love the items even more!

I sent 2 dresses with hem pinned to take off around 5 inches items returned with only inch and a half taken off so I have now got to get them done again . Will not use again!

So impressed with this service, my clothing got picked up so quickly by a friendly employee and was returned in perfect condition in a lovely bag.

Only in London try saying that on your adverts would of saved me a lot of wasted time

Sojo is absolutely great for repairs and alterations at a reasonable price point. I sent off 3 items and was incredibly happy with the repairs done to all of them. The collection and delivery was also super easy and efficient and I had my items returned to me in a week. I can definitely recommend Sojo and will be using it again!

Love this app, couldn’t get hold of anyone to do repairs over the lockdowns. Sojo so easy to use and collection and delivery service was perfect. Love the bike!

Sadly did not have a good experience of using Sojo- they lost my clothes! Defeats the point of an app promoting sustainability when I had to buy new clothes
