Soko Heli Toolbox

The app claims to be suitable “for ALL sizes and ALL brands of RC helicopters”. That statement is far from the truth. It is only suitable for helicopters that have 120, 135 or 140 deg swashplates. If you are building the popular Hirobo 30 Lama for example, with a 90 deg normal swashplate you cannot use this app.

I know it's expensive. But I don't expect to have to look at the crappy input dial forever. Update the damned app. If you intend to run a business, you need to take care of business.

Perfect! I love my Soko, it was last updated a long time ago and could use an update for the new sizing on phones. I just hope that a new iOS won’t make it unusable because it hasn’t been updated in a long time

Super accurate for flybarless setup once you figured out how to measure the virtual shaft properly. But PLEASE remove the checking with Apple to verify we bought the app. That blows. Come on we bought the tool and the app already. Stop torturing us with the Apple login.

I have used this app with the additional virtual main shaft feature to set up a couple helis now. After initial set up the helis have been spot on set up and have not needed any adjustment. There is a short learning curve but if you just take the time to read everything as you go it will go pretty quick and smooth. I will continue using this app for all my set ups.

Got this as soon as it was online! I have the tool set and love it. When Nick Maxwell gives a recommendation, I listen 😃 Heard about the virtual flybar and how wonderful it is. I agree fully. Went over my X50 and do the N5c when it is done. Wonderful job Andi!

My wife bought me the Soko Tool for Christmas, I knew that the virtual main-shaft app was coming soon to iOS devices. I must admit, there is a bit of a learning curve the first (few) time but it is worth it in the end! I went through 2 setups today on my BeastX, my settings were close but not optimal. Take the time to read the tutorials and be careful at each step. Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort so I can spent time flying!!!!!!

This app makes using the wonderful and innovative Soko Heli RC helicopter setup tool a breeze. The virtual main shaft function is amazing and a huge time saver. Bravo Soko Heli for a great tool and app!
