Проблема загрузки
На ios12 виснет на заставке и дальше не идёт. Приложение хорошее, только не работает. На ранних версиях ios работает. - проверял. В чём дело?
Проблема
iPhone X. Приложение не открывается! Виснит на заставке SOLAR WALK. Само приложение очень классное .. Решите проблему пожалуйста !
Вылетает на iPad m1
Первый запуск все работает отлично ,а через некоторе время артефакт появляется на экране . При повторном запуски весит в меню заставки. Скачиваешь еще раз и все тож самое повторяется.
Грабёж
После покупки игру приходится заново переустанавливать после каждого закрытия. Иначе не запускается
Есть над чем работать
Приложение замечательное, сын с удовольствием изучает Солнечную систему. Однозначно 5 звезд, но в работе приложения есть серьезный баг, а именно: при запуске дополнительного контента, например Телескоп Хаббл контент запускается, а при возврате обратно в приложение, оно виснет, выдавая странную картинку. После перезагрузки включается заставка и музыка, само приложение не работает. Лечится только повторной установкой и работает до запуска дополнительного контента, после чего всё повторяется заново. Пробовал запускать на ipad и iphone ios 16.6. Доделайте пожалуйста!

Я один раз зашёл в игру а когда перезахожу то идёт бесконечная загрузка,ошибка на айфон 6

После последнего обновления, ни на айфон ни на айпад не заходит…(

Один раз посмотрела и больше не запускается(((
Купил полную версию в 10х годах за кучу денег? Давай пока-пока!
Сейчас полную версию в принципе убрали и покупать нужно всё заново. Презираемые разработчики, вы имеете хоть каплю клиентоориентированности? Условия договора в то время сохранены, есть ряд пунктов, описывающих факт, что приобретенная ранее версия сохраняет все условия независимо от изменения политики компании. Приложение уже было куплено в полном объёме - восстановить покупки не даёт. Была бы возможность поставить 0 - поставил бы. Дополню отзыв и оценку в случае решения данной проблемы.
