We had solar and battery installed last week. This app enables my to see daily and monthly how the production of electricity is going to make wise decisions about when to use electricity. The app enables me to see how much battery we have and how much we are using and exporting . Our bills have disappeared! It will take us 12 years to pay off but after that our electricity will be free. 👏🏻👏🏻

Bring back the previous function were you could see what you were using it had three small icons

App works ok, but in the Australian context it does not have the ability to control the battery. If you are connected to Amber Electric where you are paying the wholesale price for electricity it is important to use the battery when the price is high, so it is better if you can turn off the battery if it is charged, so you can maximise use for early evening, then turn it off,. An use grid through the night , so you have reserve to use in the morning. It does not allow that functionality. I am using a Sofar battery inverter, but at present there are not Third party company that can take control of your battery, so you can get best use of your battery. Wish i paid the extra money for the Tesla battery. At least the app monitors the system well enough, and displays info ok. But!!!

Keeps switching off. A lot of errors

Solarman Smart tacked on the consumption of power for my Sofar inverter and so it does not provide overall totals. Works for daily consumption only.

UPDATE: for the last TWO YEARS this app has shown sunset in the middle of the afternoon and for the last 8 months a weather forecast of “heavy rain”. Monitoring is a joke as previous days’ solar output only shows up as graphs, no daily totals. How can this app even come up with this nonsense?! It is 1:30pm - daylight saving time - with the sun high in the sky and not a cloud in sight. Yet the app tells me it is cloudy and sunset will be in 3 hrs! Yes! It has the correct location and date! Also it tells me that I am generating energy at 4:05 in the morning!!! Pitch dark outside mind you…
