Solis WiFi

I’ve used this app in the USA, Belgium, and the Netherlands. It’s worked perfectly every time.

Great little gadget! We run our live timing off this unit at the rural race track and it works perfect! Sadly I can’t order a second unit as right now you guys are not shipping to Canada. As a customer already I would have thought I might have been able to do this especially as I buy 6 months at a time. Still a good unit, just would like to see some better customer service. 5 stars for product, 2 for customer service right now, hope to change that soon.

What’s the use when it’s no good for Canadian Solis users. The device is not only locked to your Solis provider but they can’t even change your SSID or PASSWORD —-When that should clearly and easily be available for the true owner to change. I don’t sing for anyone why should I advertise this service via its SSID ? The provider actually asked me for proof the SSID didn’t change via a picture. Excuse me but, do many of your customers play April fools games ?

It used to work well, and customer service used to be able to help me with any problems, but lately the app is horrible! If I could give it 0 stars I would. It doesn’t give me the option to start a new day pass anymore, it just gives me the “connecting” revolving circle. I have to start a day pass by clicking on the device itself, but often times I just want to see how many day passes I have, which would then require me to use a day pass, as it won’t allow me to go to “shop”. I’ve tried deleting and downloading the app, and I’ve tried the help line (phone and chat). No one can help me with this problem.

Unless you have an M1 chip, which my 4 week old Mac doesn’t have! Don’t buy this device unless you want a cellular based hotspot for your cellular phone (don’t really see the point of that!). Waste of money!! Also the plan pricing is NOT as advertised, once you’ve bought the unit! Total scam!!!!

Worst ever !!! No call number or email or active chat. You better hope nothing go wrong cause there is zero support

The global data is too expensive not good

The app doesn’t work on a new iPad. I’m hoping the device actually works because the set up is very flaky. May process fail the first time. The wee bit of a plan they provide barely meets the set up needs. Not feeling very optimistic right now.
