Played this games for months and never had a pay out, so difficult to win any sort of cash on this game, no easy at all, wouldn’t recommend anyone to play this game

Trust me, I’ve tried them all, and while egogames had some small hiccups at first they’ve gone to immense trouble to fix them all: payments are usually completed within one working day, matching with players is much easier, and the leagues are bigger than ever, with tons of extra opportunities to win cash. They really listen to customers and go out of their way to address specific issues, and never send generic responses. Really love and totally recommend this platform!

I was playing but now every time I go on the app it keeps cutting off and I have money on there how can I fix this and still have my money

The game itself is smooth and normal. But the platform has enough issues I will never deposit again unless they are fixed. The cards are big enough to easily see. I love that I can play against friends, and for free! So I play the free games. The customer support is mostly nonexistent. If a game crashes they will refund the entry fee, but any other problems and they either never reply at all, or send a pasted rote email that doesn’t address the issue. I was excited when they first added the star reward system (similar to Skillz) but it ended up mostly worthless. The tier system glitched for me. I made a rare deposit and played enough one month to get to the gold level. The rules say it will stay gold the next month also, but mine dropped to silver on the 1st. I contacted support at least three times over the next month, with no reply. The rewards you can use the stars to redeem are ridiculously beyond reach. The lowest prize besides a username change is 3 million stars. A $1 game gives 25 stars. There is also a play option to use stars to play a game. I will not be depositing until they both fix the star tier issue and add some much-lower-priced rewards, preferably an option for a gift certificate. But I do continue to play the free games.

First off I want a refund it said it would pay me it took my money and then I won 4 times in one game and the game went on cut mode and wouldn’t pay me and kept cutting off rip off lies

I’ve played many game apps that actually pay real money through PayPal and other ways. This is not one of those apps. This app is a complete scam. I’ve tried to cash out 20$ just to see if it was legit. Waited forever then finally emailed them about my withdrawal asking why it’s taking so long. After about a month of no replies to my how many emails now, I said fk it and just played the 20$ right back into the app. Never will play here again. Complete waste of time.

I love this game, but I try to withdrawals my money. They says in a week I will receive it. Now it’s over a week I don’t see it!!! What should I do??? When I deposit money, they took right the way to my bank. When I withdraw take over a week. But still don’t see it.

This game was great. Until they started changing everything. Now your constantly being matched with hackers who score impossible scores and they refuse to refund you. Plus It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t given me my withdraw. And I know I’m not the only one. Not to mention they refuse to answer any emails related to withdraws or anything important. WHERE IS MY MONEY?!?!

Played and did really well for a few days before withdrawing. Did not get it for weeks, and then when I contacted support they locked my account and said it was under investigation because other players were reporting me. Okay cool, I'll just wait for them to finish that and open my account back up right? Nope, no response from them for weeks now. I've tried following up with them several times and nothing. Now I've heard from lots of other people that this is common. Don't waste your time with eGoGames. They'll freeze your account if you do well and never respond to your messages. Update: reached out to them as per their response to this review. Will update if they actually respond this time... If I don't update this, it means they never did. Update #2: they responded to my initial email asking what I needed help with. I told them, and back to no responses. It's been another 10 days. This company is a fraudulent joke.
