This app will not stop crashing
The app crashes nearly every time I try to open it. The crashes are so bad that I can’t even adjust the lights which is the only purpose of the app.

The app crashes nearly every time I try to open it. The crashes are so bad that I can’t even adjust the lights which is the only purpose of the app.
Terrible connection (have to be right by the lights and even then connects only occasionally after many unsuccessful tries). The app is pretty useless because it’s unreliable most of the time. Developers, please fix the issues and show pride in your product!
The app certainly has promise, but the bluetooth is extremely spotting and the range is non- existent making grouping nearly impossible. Bluetooth range by default should be 200-300 feet. You are lucky to get 10-15 feet!! The biggest feature that is lacking is the inability to save a specific custom color to the app itself for reuse on other lights. You have no precision between lights other than using the standard R-G-B and while buttons. Please consider these issues for future releases.
The bluetooth connect is tenuous at best and falls out at the drop of a hat. The range is so low on the lightbulbs that you almost have to be standing on top of it. This pretty much defeats the purpose of being able to create groups, as if the group is bigger than two or three lights the program won’t take because you lost connection with one of the lights. The app also has trouble remembering programs as well.
I can’t set it up on the iPhone. It keeps getting to a certain point and loops back. I called Halco twice- still waiting for “a manager” to call me back and help set it up. They do not seem to have a tech support person there, which I was expecting I paid $100 per bulb for the color feature and it won’t work without the phone. 😡
