SoloSlides for Google Photos

I bought the app thinking I would be able to use the big Casting button to Cast. No, there is only a pop up suggesting a use “Screen Mirror” instead. Delay speed faster then 5 seconds is not possible.

Not enough options to evaluate in the free version to determine if I want to buy the full version.

Completely useless: no way to choose an album, and no way to exit slideshow except to shut the app

The app asks you to pay to unlock features. Fine, I don’t mind, but it doesn’t allow you to set the tempo for a slideshow less than 5 seconds per slide. It should say that somewhere before you make a purchase.

Shuffle mode is totally random - l LIKE it - and it refreshes as quickly as 5 seconds and there is zero setup. Just my pictures, one after another. Perfect.

I paid for the Premium version and it works great for the most part but it randomly exits the app throughout the day and it needs to be restarted. Also the night time mode option is broken and only works my manually toggling it and not at the specific time. Furthermore I’d like to see some automatic scaling to get full screen photos or put two portrait photos together side by side to fill the screen.

A slideshow with a minimum duration between slides of 5 minutes unless you buy it.

I love this app. Works great for old Ipads and it’s fast. However would like to recommend a few improvements. Some photos don’t fit in the frame and that would be great if it also run videos.

I have an old iPad mini that was stashed away when without a purpose. Downloaded this app, Hooked it up to my Google Photos account, set the dates I wanted the pictures from, and now it's on all day in the kitchen. I think it's great we're able to enjoy all these pictures that would have otherwise been hidden away.

This is the perfect app for creating an automated slideshow. It has most of the features of other slideshow apps, but with very little memory usage and it’s fast! I have found it to be the most practical slideshow app on any of my devices. it works on Google Photos (a much needed feature) as well as camera roll, including shared albums. I can project any of these to my big screen TV, and let it run indefinitely. What a concept! Thank you!
