Hi My battery drain to fast and the changers won’t work at all. When I connect the watch to the charger it won’t changer. I got the Somatik watch a long time ago. Don’t buy this Somatik watch at all

Got it for Christmas two years ago lost charged plus watch. Finally found it and it was rubbish. I couldn’t connect to the app and is annoying sad that it doesn’t work. Haven’t even used it one and now I want to throw it in the bin

This past few days, it keeps on saying measurement failure every time i try to measure something. Hope someone can fix this.

The app is good but the connection keeps messing up. As for the watch it needs to display the charge and also my sleep details are only on the app not on the watch and I can’t get it fixed. Other than that the app and watch are pretty good.

...So please listen to the complaints and address those...please. My BigW watch connects easily and registers on the web site, not in app, but that was easy enough. But we need notification for Instagram, fb messenger and the more commonly used apps, way more than on offer and better notification. My sms notification gives me the last three words of the text only, not who from even, I have this big screen and a few tiny weird at top for sns notification. Not so from, or even the prior text. Make it bigger dudes!!! Make it display churchyard also. Also when connecting and updating days from watch the writing is dark gray in dash blue background, please make it avidly visible in white lettering. This spp is so close to being good, please fix it. The data for temperature did not work properly or stir any if the data it records. Thanks for what you do, but please listen to the users a little more. You might just get way more stars that way. 😁🎉 A few more tweaks and this could be a good app.

This app is useless as is the Ora watch. I wouldn’t bother with either. As for getting assistance ... forget it you can ask until you are blue in the face and there is no help.

Unsure why so many negative reviews of this app, I found it easy to navigate. No offence to other reviewers, but this review feature is supposed to be for reviewing the APP, not the watch itself. The app was quick to install on iphone, easily paired with my watch (Big W). In the app, it has all the features I was after - seeing my steps per day/per week, sleep data, being able to set my personal fitness targets. Tip - go to home screen of app, click on the big daily steps number, and you get in depth data! Not easy to find originally. I would give app another star, if the “save” and “back” buttons (top of app screen) were lower down and easier to hit, on iphone they appear way too far up and crammed against the iphone top bar. Overall, this app works fine! I had none of the technical issues setting up that others had, but I am pretty tech savvy/young. Just strictly follow the instructions in watch box when setting up app, and it does work.

Won’t connect to app on smart phone. Will pair to Bluetooth but app won’t recognise it. The app has problems that need fixing

Cant register on app, can’t connect app to watch and don’t know most of the notification apps.
