Somfy alarms and cameras
- Easily install and configure Somfy alarms and cameras (Home Alarm, Somfy One+, Indoor and Outdoor Camera)
- Activate and deactivate the alarm, motion detection or night mode
- Get notified in case of an alert and access your cameras to keep an eye on your home
- Check the history of past events and download them to your smartphone
- Receive smart notifications that remind you to activate the alarm when you leave the house and inform you when your children come home from school (kids function)
- Set up your cameras by adjusting motion sensitivity and detection areas (compatible with your pets)
- Build a community of trust and add family members and loved ones to your setup

- Easily install your connected videophone or connect your videophone using your connectivity module
- Receive a notification with the visitor's photo as soon as they ring your doorbell, for immediate recognition
- Chat in real time with your visitor: communication comparable to a phone call vs. alternating communication like a walkie-talkie
- Open your door and/or gate remotely with a simple click
- Make it easier for them to access your home by disabling your alarm and keep an eye on them by activating your outdoor camera
- Check the history of your visits & videos of missed events.
- Launch up to 2 pre-recorded TaHoma scenarios directly from the Somfy Protect app (requires a TaHoma premium or switch box)

L’application comme le matériel associé ne sont pas fiables … pour un système d’alarme c’est un comble ! Passez votre chemin si vous souhaitez une solution pérenne.

Problème
On a beaucoup de problème de connexion mais pas lié à notre réseau. Très déçu !
Appli complètement bugé
Cette appli et le matériel qui va avec c’est une catastrophe. Des faux positifs en permanence, quand on veux désactiver l’alarme quand elle c’est lancé on ne peux pas, le bouton arrêt ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur 3. Des équipements se déconnecte régulièrement alors qu’ils sont littéralement à côté de la centrale. Je n’ose plus mettre l’alarme la nuit, à force de le faire réveiller par l’alarme en pleine nuit alors qu’il ne se passe rien. Et je ne parle même pas des caméras qui coutes un bras mais qui ne valent rien. Somfy c’est bien pour les volets motorisés, mais pour l’alarme, passez votre chemin.

L’alarme s’active toute seule
De temps en temps l’alarme s’active toute seule , aucune notification dans l’historique des actions cela est très gênant.
Manque info
Dommage qu on se sache pas si une porte est ouverte lors de la mise route
