If you open up your Gmail app, or your Facebook messenger app, all of your messages and emails are there and then the app will sync if some have been deleted or added from your main computer. However, with this app, when I’m connected to high-speed Internet, 50% of the time nothing is there when I open it. And the existing work orders only show up quickly about 50% of the time. Fix this app!! It’s just a database, not a graphic game. Really makes me wonder what kind of programmers you have over there.
buggy needs love
Sonar shows promise but the app is buggy and rarely gets updates. There are so many usability improvements that could be made on the app and the website but it’s rare to see them change anything.
Limited utility
The app doesn’t have an intuitive user interface, but is was better than using Sonar’s website accessed from a phone, which is absolutely terrible. A recent app software update made the app unusable on my iphone. The app now crashes immediately upon opening. I reached out to customer support, they are aware of the issue with the software update, have no estimated time of resolution, and a month later I still cannot use the app. This app is how my employer chooses to schedule me and provide job information. It is now useless for any employees that do not have recent generation smart phones.
App Stopped Working.
The app stopped working on my phone 4 days ago.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it but it will not open when I try on my iPhone. Please fix this issue!
Constant “Offline Queue”
This app is terrible, absolutely terrible.
Maybe once a week this app runs smooth like it should but the rest of the time you’re sitting there burning up production time waiting on uploads while sitting in an offline queue. Absolute garbage.
If you want your techs sitting around while they could be productive this is the app for you.

This app has been giving me issues ever since i downloaded it now it wont even open and just shows a white screen! got me in trouble with work thanks sonar! Fix your app!
This App Is Trash
If I could give this app a - star review I totally would. No way to do your job efficiently by any means. If you don’t have full service of 5G, good luck! Take this trash off the App Store.
App shows that I’m offline
App has shown me offline several times despite network access. The most recent instance has lasted for nearly 36 hours so I’ve been unable to check in to jobs, upload, pictures, mark jobs as “complete” etc.. I’ve refreshed the app, restarted the app, and rebooted my phone and haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
