Best app for fitness
I have really benefited from this app in last year although more recently issues with accessing the upgrade to coach. Unfortunately no response from support which is really disappointing. I would love to continue with this app but if I am paying for something i can’t access not sure I would recommend at this point due to poor communication from support.
Workout regularly and love the live workout feature. Use it 4/5 time a week and it’s awesome.
I’m really enjoying some of the workouts here and feeling the benefits already.
Motivation is difficult to find but this app makes it so easy to form a habit. When your friends invite you to a little workout you have no excuse out of it. The friendships you make by working together (or working out) are the longest lasting ones. Happy with the app and excited to be on the ride.
Love this app. It actually motivates me to sweat - which few other fitness apps have done for me!
Best workout app I have tried and during lockdown I tried a lot of them! The workouts are great, there’s videos to help if your unsure on a move. There is abit of competition to help motivate with leader boards and it records your times so you can beat your own times. There’s great support from the founder and other users of the app! So impressed and a 4 day a week user! Great price aswell!
This is amazing its suitable for all fitness levels even those who just dont exercise. It allows you to compete against yourself either on your own or through conecting with friends to beat your previous ability or times. I was so unmotivated and being overweight didnt help. Been doing it 4weeks now and i look and feel better and ive also lost half a stone. Ive never been so motivated even when not feeling great i still really want to do one of the workouts. Another bonus for realling in the exercise phobic is some of the workouts are only 4/5mins long!
It’s a great app for a home workout (especially now that we can’t go to the gym). However, it crashes quite often which makes the experience less than enjoyable.
Adore this app and particularly love how it records your stats and shows you (with a timer) how you are running compared to your last (or PB) session. My ONLY complaint is that today, after getting up at 5am to do one of these workouts before work, the app had forgotten me, my membership and all my data. Removing the app and then reinstalling it did fix it but it ate out of my precious workout time 😢 Hope that doesn’t happen again
