I had an awful experience with Shoola, and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Despite providing all the required documents, including my medical insurance and car license—which were perfectly in order—and following every step they requested, they rejected my application with no explanation. They were the ones who estimated my limit, yet after wasting my entire day with their representative for onboarding, I got nothing but a rejection. To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for an explanation, the representative kept blaming my iScore, even though I’ve never had a credit card or taken out a loan in my life. Their excuses were baseless, and it was clear they didn’t have a clue about the actual issue.

يعني ايه واحد دخله ١٠الاف جنيه يدفع قسط ١٢الف ومن اصل مبلغ ١٥٠ مطلوب يدفع ٢٥٠الف وموظفكم يكتب دخله ٤٠الف فين الدوله والرقابه الماليه تقولك مالي رقابه عليهم ويبعتوا مكتب تحصيل يبلطج ايه الحل معاكم والشكاوي عندكم للعملاء مالها حل التروكولر تطفل وقرف وافشاء بيانات العميل والتهجم علي البيوت احتفظ بحق الدفاع الشرعي ضد مكاتب تحصيلهم كل اللي مقيم التطبيق ب 5نجوم موظفين لديهم
