Avoid this manufacturer
I have the BQ02 model smart thermometer, which seems to have arrived broken. The cradle/repeater host successfully pairs to my phone, but the probe remains disconnected—I have never gotten a temperature reading from it. Despite a cheerful suggestion in-app to reach out to the manufacturer for technical support, the manufacturer maintains no such capability. I interacted for several days with their reseller support salesperson. The only channel I found for technical support was via the Alibaba marketplace app (my model was purchased as a gift via Amazon). I presented multiple videos and screen captures of the malfunctioning device, at the manufacturer’s direction, but was told I could only work with the reseller who fulfilled the order. They don’t stand behind their product, and their app doesn’t reflect the reality of their business model.
