Absolutely Rubbish!

I’ve been trying to register & login as SDL now taking over Hampton Pool. If registered initially but now doesn’t recognise my credentials. Resetting says doesn’t recognise email. Trying to register says email already in use. Utter waste of time.

It cannot cope when lots of people are trying to book at the same time. It has been getting steadily worse as the months go on.

Even when you have the correct default sports facility already selected, it still takes 9 further clicks to book and then enter the gates at the venue… doing this every morning with bleary eyes is tiresome. Seems little thought has been paid to the user journey.

I am unsure why any leisure provider would use this product. Registration: No Autofills. Forces Country as part of address. Terrible interface Selection of class: no ability to move forward having selected club. Terrible registration flow which has poor ux and bad descriptions of input. I could go on but you only need to see the providers website that they should not be publishing apps. Who floats in text on a website?

The app experience is the must clunky thing I have EVER experienced!!!! Working in digital media myself - I can tell you now this whole experience needs redesigning & redeveloping! I literally tear my hair out every time I try to book a swim session!

You sell family memberships, but my 11 year old cannot use the app to book swimming? The app is fundimentally not fit for purpose, and yet you have geared your buseness around booking through the app?

Trying to use this for a family with 2 children is not good! They’ve recently updated the app which has resulted in me not being able to book swimming anymore - previously I only had to put their membership numbers in! You can’t book the roller disco for the family! It’s sooo frustrating 😩

Payment never seems to work on the app

This app is supposed to facilitate bookings, but is clearly designed to work only on specific platforms. It simply does not work on mobile safari, which is pretty poor for an iPhone app! It asks you to select a ‘club’ (aka venue), then does not allow any further function, refusing to acknowledge a club has been selected and not allowing any progress. Pointless even having the useless thing. Of course, no chance of phone assistance either.
