After months of begging customer service to help me, I still can’t get the magazine to load! This happens every time there is an update, this time no one will help! They have always fixed it before. I am paying for nothing! Please help!!!
Don’t waste your time I purchased multiple magazines one at a time and every time they change the app my issues are gone. Logged in today to find everything over the years gone and no way to get it back nor does customer service care. I was told if I can find the purchase charges from apple they could possibly look into.
I’m missing a bunch of magazines I paid for. Also, where is my recent subscription?

This app is terrible! I really want to subscribe to Southern Lady but from past experience I know the app is bad. I bought one issue at a time to see how it would go. Now that I want to use it again everything in my library is gone. The issues I purchased can not be restored. Please fix this app as well as the Victoria app. I really want to subscribe but the apps just do not work!!!
I’m a print subscriber and can’t sign in using my account number. I’ve read every article they point you to and finally I just want to talk to a person. No number to call is listed anywhere. Is there anyone out there? Great magazines, I’ve been a subscriber to various ones by Hoffman for a decade but this is very frustrating!!!
The app keeps crashing. It’s really difficult to read the magazine with the frequent crashes. I won’t renew if it doesn’t get fixed.
As refined as your magazine is, the app is not. Shuts down about every 5 min. I won’t waste my time typing about ALL the other issues because by the looks of it, over the past several years, the same complaints repeatedly keep coming up over and you have continued to turn a blind eye to them. The magazine itself may boast southern hospitality and charm, but your customer service is non existent.
Love the magazine, BUT....it Keeps closing itself every few pages. Maybe I should go back to paper copies-this is discouraging.
Oh well any ideas? Keeps asking me for credit card.
