Southern Living, published by Dotdash Meredith, currently publishes two double issues, each counted as two of 13 issues in an annual subscription annually. Frequency, format and delivery of issues are subject to change without notice. Double issues, when published, will count as 2 issues. App does not work in Europe

I question why my credit card it being charged €5,99 a month for an app that doesn’t work. It’s €5,99 and then you still have buy every issue you want to view at €5,99. And if your downloading the app from outside the US it will charge your iTunes but the app won’t work. If your an expat in Europe you can not get app support because you have to have an US address to submit a question or complaint. Visa doesn’t allow for money back on subscriptions. So Southern.. thanks for taking my money EVERY month and giving me literally nothing in return!

I've been waiting a long time for this one & am not disappointed! Finally well worth the wait! Now I'm just waiting to be able to take out a digital subscription rather than month to month.

Restore purchases does nothing. Vendor is non-responsive Update: problem see to be resolved now. Raised review to 3 stars only as this is the second time this has happened in 6 months.

“Try it now” feature doesn’t work.

A couple of years ago I suddenly wasn’t able to access my subscription and reached out to customer service, but never got a resolution. I just canceled my auto renew subscription at that point, and let the subscription expire. There were roughly about five months worth of magazines that I never got to look at because of the problem. I recently got a new iPad and decided to investigate further to regain access my subscription. It tells me that I’m using the incorrect email or password to login. I haven’t changed email addresses so I’m not sure what’s going on. It doesn’t even give me an option to reset my password. In fact, when I’m trying to login, all it asks for is my email address or subscription number… There isn’t even a box to type in the password!! I have a digital subscription so I don’t have a print subscription number. Where would I even found a digital subscription number? I have emailed customer service time and time again and I’m not getting any replies. AWFUL SITUATION and I am losing money because I can’t even get anyone to help me access what I have already paid for!

The title says it all … no new issues are visible and the app doesn’t recognize my profile login. No way that I can find to correct. Ridiculous.

New issues no longer downloading

I have been a southern living subscriber for more than 10 years and am frustrated the digital edition stopped downloading 2 months ago. Help! Both my subscription and digital app are up to date.
