App cannot start
On the startup app shows the following error and crashed: “Sorry! Due to a sudden change in our configurations, we will need to ask you to restart the app.” It happens on each startup.

Cancelled flight with no notification
It’s bad enough that our flight (1922) to LAX at 9:45 got cancelled. You made it worse by not sending a single notification about it.
Affordable yet excellent service
I like that fares are affordable plus it includes 2 pieces of luggage as part of what you pay for. No additional charges.
Booking
I went through a whole desaturated for my last booking. I purchased a ticket on Christmas Day, but I paid with Apple Pay. It took the money out my account,but give me my booking. I had to wait days to get my refund, rebooked and pay more than the original price I paid for in the beginning. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had trying to book a flight.
Assistance
While visiting our grandchildren in the great northwest my wife and contracted the flu. The service we both received was excellent for both of us with wheelchairs.
