It just simplifies life as an adult. Which is having to pay, yet, another bill!!

Online payments are convenient and less costly for both Southwest Gas and their customers. There should be no ‘convenience fee’. If this is the fee banks charge for using credit and debit cards absorb that. It’s still less expensive the manually handling paper. If Southwest Gas insists on passing bank fees onto the customer then call it what it is a ‘bank fee’.

The only problem I have with app is when it shows my bank info for payment, I don't like that there's not much info to see which acct is on file

Won’t let me register my account. Keeps telling me the information entered could not be validated.

App will not allow me to set up autopay with the same payment I used on a monthly basis.

App for payment doesn't allow auto fill of cc payment info or copy and paste. Payment info must be entered/added manually. Please update the payment portion of the web site/app to make it easier and faster to pay monthly bill. Thank you !

You shouldn’t surcharge $2.50 for me choosing to pay you online. I’ve made it more convenient and sooner for you, not for me. You should deduct $2.50 from my bill because I paid it early and online.

Severe delays in response and not easy to navigate. Always shows a zero balance to begin with but you have to wait for it to load. Payment screen is also not easy to navigate.
