The app is not intuitive and takes a lot of time to figure things out. Also slow.

This app is so bad I can’t understand how my Fortune 500 company chose it for our company. The font is so small for one. But over all I don’t know what kind UX team you have but you need new ones because everything about the flow, interface etc is just not user friendly.

I have large fingers and so I am always pressing the wrong thing by accident. For example, when trying to reserve a workspace I often end up clicking the one next to it (which is already reserved so I can’t select it). I was also disappointed when launching the app on a tablet that it remained small (displayed only in a cell phone sized window surrounded by a lot of black space).

For scheduling workspace after March 13, 2022, the app is moving the time request forward one hour without notification. For example, I booked a workroom for 8:00 - 16:00 on March 14, and noticed in View Events the time was changed to 9:00 - 17:00. I went in to update it to 8:00 - 16:00, and after it accepts the change in time it shows up in View Events as 9:00 to 17:00 again. Is there a fix in the world for this issue? Thank you.

Reserving a spot through this app is a painful and long winded process. The only feature that saved me some headache, was the ability to display your favorite workplaces on the homescreen, so you can immediately click on them to book them. For some bewildering reason, that is no longer possible. They have disappeared from my homescreen. I can click through to a page with my favorite spots, but the only thing I can do from there is to display where the spot is located. As if I wouldn’t know that for my favorite spots… Please, hire a UX designer and UX researcher to talk to your users. So many strange choices have been made, that a basic UX research could uncover and tackle so the app becomes a joy to use instead of the pain it is today.

Als hij eenmaal geïnstalleerd is werkt hij voor mij foutloos, zou graag nog wat extra features toegevoegd willen hebben maar ik ben blij met de app interface en het gemak van boeken.

Het een hoop slechte apps voorbij zien komen maar deze spant echt de kroon. Voor ons werk moeten we een werkplek reserveren. Zoals in de titel al aangegeven kom je je 9 van de 10 keer niet voorbij de inlogroutine. Mocht het je toch lukken voorbij deze eerste horde te komen dan wacht je een navigatie die het bloed onder je nagels vandaan haalt. Helaas moet ik minimaal 1 ster geven maar zelf dat is het niet waard!
