Spanish Fluency for Real Life

I have tried every app I could get my hands on, paid or free to improve my Spanish . This app is by far the best, it’s not even close. Radio ambulante is such a great podcast and this app really helps me drill difficult vocab and pronunciations.

Outstanding app that makes the entertaining podcasts of RadioAmbulante much more accessible to Spanish language learners, and thereby addresses one of the biggest difficulties for learners who are not able to be immersed daily in the language, that of training the ear to hear the language as it is spoken in real life. The app encourages you to dive in deeply and to continue listening until you really understand the audio. My one “wish” would be to have the option to switch the entire interface, including the summaries and hints, to Spanish. This would be one more step towards a fully supported immersion experience.

Si tienes un nivel intermedio y te cuesta encontrar podcasts por los que puedes continuar mejorar tu español, pero ya no puedes lograr comprender contenido por y para hispanohablantes, Lupa puede aprovecharte un puente muy útil. Aún más, las historias son de Radio Ambulante, una serie de podcasts excepcional que se tratan del mundo latinoamericano. Dentro dos semanas me di cuenta que mi comprensión de español oral estaba mejorando mucho, y sigue haciéndolo ahora desde hace varios meses.

Great app for improving oral comprehension, I have found it much easier to understand friends and family after using Lupa for the past year. If you are tired of only hearing academic Spanish this is the app for you!

I really like the way this app is set up to play the chapter slowly with hints and then read at full speed the second time. A feature request would be to make flashcards out of the vocab saved!

Great App, is phenomenal for intermediate to advanced (B1-B2) learners. Also good for mid-beginners, but I suspect if you’re just starting out you’ll have trouble following the stories, especially since they talk at native speeds. Overall, super useful app!

This app is unbelievably good. It is perfect; effective beyond description in getting to fluency in Spanish comprehension, especially from oral conversation. I think that is the most difficult part of becoming fluent. And Jiveworld is the most helpful program by far for achieving that of anything that I have encountered in my years of involvement with Spanish. Not just the best app: the best program of any kind. The design of it, the technology, the features, the content, everything about it is absolutely superb. I have seen such improvement in my comprehension abilities in a modest amount of time by working with this app over and over. I am better each new week than I was the week before. You really will be amazed by the results you’ll see from using this app regularly. From regularly using this,I have now begun conducting business meetings with Spanish- speaking clients without an interpreter. All the grammar and vocabulary in the world could not, alone, facilitate that; not without the listening and comprehension skills that Jiveworld provides. If, like me, you don’t have the ability to go live in a Spanish speaking country, this is by far the best way to obtain the benefits of doing that. And when I have needed technological or other assistance, the support staff have been amazingly prompt and helpful and nice.This is a top-shelf app and a top-shelf operation. For the things it focuses on, nothing anywhere in the market even approaches it.
