Защо не предупреждавате, че има 100 лв. такса за регистрация? А първо събирате личните данни и после "ще ви таксуваме 100 лв.". Айде няма нужда.

Horrible registration process. I have used multiple ride sharing services around the world and have never encountered such a horrible service!

I’ve been unable to use the service for 2+ weeks now because upon a submission of the drivers license images the app does not give you any feedback on whether: - the images are good or they need to be re-taken -your drivers license is in the process of being reviewed/approved -expected day/time when you are expected to receive your approval -literally any information on the status of the process You can only find that out if you try to reserve a car and it show the generic message of “registration not approved yet” Calling customer service didn’t work either as they said they can’t have a human take over the process when there’s a glitch like that, so not sure what the point of customer service even is at this point.

Yes the app is good and for the most part the vehicles are in good shape but I find it frustrating that there is no zone around Hospital Nadezhda for example. This app is about connecting the city by car in a more cheap way (without the need to pay for taxis for example) and the fact that you can park 20 min away from the hospital and not around the area is just not logical. There are parking zones around offices but not around a critical place like a hospital. I have no idea if there is a reason for this maybe there is, I understand it if it’s an app like Bolt or Lime but it’s just mind boggling how I had to walk 20 min by foot to reach a critical location. I really hope there is a fix one day for this.

След като ми казаха, че след неправилното ми паркиране ще изпратят някой за да премести колата, която е паркирана неправилно не ми казаха, че подлежа на санкция в размер на 150 лева ако не я преместя. След което те не преместиха колата и след като тя е била репатрирана от общината ми начислиха санкция от 150 лева, въпреки че не я споменаха по телефона в нито едно от обажданията си.

I used it like five or six time , but the last time I clicked the button to end my session and yesterday I saw that the app has clinched and that the session was not over and they charged me 131 lv. Is that normal fix your app.

Направих регистрация взеха транзакцията от 30лв и акаунта не е валиден. След 2 прозвънявания ми казват, че ръчно преглеждали шофьорската книжка. Така че не разчитайте след регистрация да може да ползвате услигите им.
