Spark - Shift Calendar

Had a message about billing issues for the past 2 years now and still not been rectified

I am giving this rating for their customer service prompt and polite reply. Due to an error I ended up subscribed to the app. It was my fault and they were great. My only reason fur not using the app is that it isn't relevant to my line of work. However, they replied immediately with all the information I needed. I know this review isn't about the app itself, I just think it makes a huge difference when someone takes the time to contact you and acknowledge you. Thanks team Leaky Nozzle

I have used this app for many many many years and don't get me wrong- it is brilliant. However a lot of similar type apps have caught up with Spark over the last few years (such as Supershift) and this app is starting to feel clunky. Don't get me wrong- it does what it needs to do but it's the difference between when Microsoft does something and Apple does something- currently this app is Microsoft, functional but a bit old and clunky. It needs to have the 'Apple' twist- look better, more user friendly and be more sleek. Supershift is not as good as this app in that it doesn't calculate rest days and leave hours etc, but it looks and feels premium and is a one off payment to get some decent features. I don't mind paying the annual subscription for this app but for me to continue it's got to step up to the plate.

I use this app daily. Everything I put on the app is uploaded to the cloud and it’s seen on all my other devices. Had quite a few colleagues down load Spark after they’ve seen what it can do. Well done! 14/06/18: Just had the new update. The app just constantly crashes. Can’t use it at all now! What’s going on? If this continues I will look for an alternative app. Very disappointed as I’ve been using this for well over 4 years.

This app delivers. You can easily set up your watch system on it and just use it like that. Or You can sync it across your phone, your iPad whatever, and use it as your main calendar for reminders meetings and centralising all your calendar needs. Pretty good app eh!

Downloaded this to use for 999 shifts but the app wants you to sign up with yr email etc!! Looks good but why the need to share my info?

Having had some reservations with some aspects of the latest update to this app I am very pleased to see that the developer listens to constructive feedback and has made welcome changes to the latest version. This app is invaluable to me and probably the most used on my iPhone. Thanks for listening and keep up the good work!
