Sparkle: Self-Care Checklist

Ik gebruik de app nu al ruim 2 jaar als persoonlijk dagboek. Het helpt enorm om mijn hoofd op orde te houden en om dingen van je af te kunnen schrijven. Hele fijne app ook handig in gebruik, ben alleen bang om de data te verliezen zodra ik een nieuwe telefoon heb dus heb op hoop van zegen Sparkle Plus aangeschaft voor €3,49 in de hoop dat ik zo mijn voortgang kan behouden!

The Sparkle Plus button doesnt work. My mental health has taken a dip over the last few years and im starting to believe that if i make a routine for myself, despite how much I hate them, i can manage it easier or at the very least alleviate some stress. I enjoy how the app works, it suits me perfectly and is everything i wish for in an app, but the dark display is behind a pay wall and it limits you at 5 “sparkles” until you pay for the Plus option. And i want it, it’s cheap and even if i break my habits, i can and want to bounce back. But the button doesn't work and i dont have enough sparkles. I want more sparkles and to use the app, but the upgrade button doesnt work. Once it does, i think this app deserves stars 5

Even after buying upgraded sparkle you can only have 12 at a time or it just prompts you to repurchase the unlimited sparkle again & doesn’t let you continue forward. Disappointing

This app is cute, I love the idea, but I feel like I would love it so much more if it were more personable. Perhaps you can customize your calendar and add events, plan a self care day. I don’t know, but I feel like I’m using a blank sheet of lined paper and I’m only allowed to write specific words in a specific order with a number 2 pencil in print. Not nearly as lovely as a completely blank sheet of paper would be with paints and pens and pencils. I’d love to make the app my own 🥰

I needed a tracker for my self care because it’s so easy to let go of yourself. Dealing with depression and anxiety can be rough, but this reminds me to take some time to not let go of myself. I can look back and see that I didn’t forget myself. Even being mindful that I’m making a note of how I’m taking care of myself is a big deal! I feel at peace knowing that I’m taking care of myself.

Sparkle has become part of my daily routine and seriously helps me hold myself accountable as well as motivates me to get things done. I definitely recommend. It’s simple enough to use on a daily basis but also enough to keep me engaged. It helps you think of the positives of your day rather than the negatives.

It kinda helps me knowing the self care counts for something

Sparkle gives me just the right amount of organization to my notes, without being overwhelming. It provides just the right amount of accountability, without being annoying. I recommend Sparkle for anyone looking for a tool to help structure their intentionality and gratitude.
