I bought a plan but had trouble transferring it to my new phone. I followed the FAQ instructions but it didn't work. It took support 4 days to address the issue. I got a refund (still waiting) with a $2 cancellation fee eventhough the service never worked. Be cautious when purchasing.

Their customer service is garbage If there was zero star, I had done that Send activation codes which are no longer valid Don’t waste your money Go with someone else

I had actives this eSIM and using it in Antalya, Turkey. Unfortunately, the internet is too slow even though the signal bars is full and indicating LTE. some times I couldn’t open a web page or I have to wait minutes to open an application. I am dissatisfied by this service and do not recommend it as it is useless. I had contacted the customer service and waiting for their response.
